Step 1: Consultation or A La Carte
We begin by clarifying your vision and planning your project. Most clients start with a consultation to lay the groundwork, gather inspiration, and map out the design direction. Consultations are $100 for the first hour and $80 for each additional hour, held in person or by phone.
If you already have a clear vision and want to skip the consult, our A La Carte option lets you submit your idea directly so we can begin creating right away.
Step 2: Design Process
Once your needs are clear, we propose a plan of action with recommended services to help you reach your goals. This may include invitations, event logos, save-the-dates, event websites, and more. You choose the services you need, and we will prepare your invoice so we can get started. You will also submit any information and materials needed to begin. From there, we move into the design phase, collaborating with you until we create a final product we are both proud to share with the world.
Step 3: Showtime
The final step is the Showtime Process. Here, we apply the finishing touches, checking for spelling, grammar, and design details to ensure your project is polished and ready. We then strategize the best way to deliver your final files and prepare you to share your project with the world.

Consultations
$100 (non-refundable, required before projects begin)

Note: All projects include one design concept and one revision. Additional revisions or major direction changes will incur additional fees.
✨ A La Carte Pricing
For clients who already have a clear direction and are ready to move forward, our A La Carte option allows you to skip the consultation and jump straight into creating. You will submit your vision, which will serve as the foundation for your design.
This option includes one initial concept and one revision. Any additional revisions or major redirection will incur an added fee.

When you choose the A La Carte option, you’ll submit a detailed vision with reference materials, color preferences, and any design elements you want included. Based on this, we will deliver one initial design that reflects your concept.
If it needs adjustments, you can choose either:

A revamp that moves the design in a new direction based on your feedback, or
-
Light edits, such as color tweaks, font changes, or minor layout adjustments.
Edit & Revision Policy
Each à la carte design includes one initial concept and one revision as part of the base price.
Additional Revisions or Major Redirection
Any changes beyond the included revision will incur a fee. A full redesign or shift in direction will require payment of the full à la carte price for the new design direction.
Post-Completion Edits
After a design has been completed and delivered, clients have up to 2 months to request minor edits at $20 per edit.
Archived Design Rework (Within 1 Year)
Clients may request updates to a completed design within 12 months of delivery at 50% of the original design cost, as long as the file is still archived by Seven8 Consulting.

✨ Terms & Conditions
Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable.
A La Carte design deposit is 50% of subtotal.
Corrections and edits start at $20.00.
Master files are never distributed to the client.
Once the deposit is received, the client has two dedicated weeks to work with the designer and complete the project (unless otherwise agreed upon due to project scope).
After final design approval, the client has a maximum of two weeks to pay the remaining balance. If the balance is not paid within that time, a 25% late fee will be added to the original total.
Final designs will not be released without full payment.
